Santa Barbara-based Commercial Real Estate firm, Pintard Group, inquired for a professional website to represent their company as an established Real Estate Group to buyers and investors. The site would serve as a listing for their available properties and a portfolio for properties the group has leased or sold.

Fell Creative worked directly with owner Dave Pintard to design his company’s new website. Pintard trusted in Fell Creative Founder, Mackenzie Fell, early on as this was the first site Fell ever designed.

With Pintard Group being based in Santa Barbara, California, we chose imagery that represented the beautiful city the properties are located in. We selected the color palette from a birds eye view of Santa Barbara. The site demonstrated the company’s success in selling commercial real estate in downtown Santa Barbara.
